各二级学院团总支、各辅导员、班主任：
本学期将继续开展英语角活动，活动主要分为14期主题活动（具体计划见附表，如果安排与学院大型活动冲突，调整时间将另行通知）。届时外籍教师将全部参加各项活动，请各二级学院广泛宣传英语角活动，并及时通知到每位学生，鼓励其积极参加。
为了更好的激发学生英语学习兴趣，本学期对参加英语角的同学继续采取现场学分认证，具体方法为：学生每完整参加一期英语角活动，即得到一张《英语角系列活动学分认证卡》，每个参加的同学必须根据活动主题准备5个问题，现场与外教交流后，填写在《英语角系列活动学分认证卡》中，认证卡由学院所聘外籍教师现场认证，并由教务处工作人员现场盖章核对，作为学生参加第二课堂活动的学分证明。
英语角采用微信“抢票”方式，具体抢票时间、抢票方法见每期活动通知。受场地条件限制，每期控制在70人以内。
